The night begins with a crafted welcome cocktail, setting the tone before we move into a guided tasting of five extraordinary world whiskies. Headlining the lineup are three aged expressions totaling over 60 years of combined maturation — a depth of age, character, and rarity rarely experienced in a single sitting.

These are limited, highly allocated, collector-level bottles and have an estimated retail value exceeding $1500 per guest. Opportunities like this are uncommon — and once these bottles are opened, they may not be available again. We will explore whiskies from Scotland, New Zealand, Japan, India, and Israel.

Brian will take guests deep into each whisky’s origin, distillation, maturation, and global significance, delivering insight that elevates every sip. Expect bold flavor, layered complexity, and serious whisky conversation throughout the evening.
